For convenience, an indicator light blinks green when the power is on and the batteries are strong, and it blinks red when the batteries are low and need to be replaced. Simple Setup Step 1: Mount energizer in dry place close to standard outlet. DO NOT PLUG IN at this time.
Step 2: Drive fence posts into the ground.
Step 3: String wire onto the posts.
Step 4: Attach electric-fence warning signs.
Step 5: Attach fence wire to "Fence" terminal on energizer.
Step 6: Drive ground rod into ground and attached wire to "Ground" terminal on energizer.
Step 7: Plug energizer in.
